📌 Objective: Leverage artificial intelligence to improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experience, and unlock new revenue streams.
📌 Eligibility Criteria:
- Propose and implement an AI-based solution (e.g., automation, predictive analytics, personalized services, etc.)
- Demonstrate measurable impact within 30–90 days (cost savings, time reduction, revenue increase, etc.)
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure scalability and integration with existing systems
📌 Bonus Structure:
- Tier 1: $500–$1,000 for approved AI concept & POC (Proof of Concept)
- Tier 2: $2,000–$5,000 for full implementation with measurable impact
- Tier 3: Additional performance-based bonus for ideas that scale company-wide
